I believe that true leadership is more than just achieving success—it’s about feeling connected, both within yourself and with those around you. If you’re here, it’s because something inside you recognizes that alignment is key to creating lasting impact. I’m so glad you’ve taken this step.

My journey began on a farm in Bavaria, where I learned the values of hard work and resilience from a young age. My mother’s wisdom—“It’s not about how many times you fall, but how many times you get back up”—instilled in me a growth mindset that has shaped my life and career. Over the past 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with leaders from across the globe, from Switzerland to Singapore, from the US to Argentina. In every role, I’ve discovered that leadership is not just about what we accomplish, but how we feel as we lead.

As the Chief Human Resources Officer at Unilever International, I’ve guided HR strategy for over 1,000 employees across 43 countries. My work has spanned continents and cultures, leading transformative initiatives in talent management, organizational development, and leadership growth. What I’ve come to understand is that leadership goes beyond results—it’s about finding harmony between your professional and personal life, creating space for growth, clarity, and balance.
